A: BMPT is a fully global platform. Trainers and clients from every country can register and connect. Whether you are based in Vienna, Dubai, London, São Paulo, or Tokyo - BMPT gives you international visibility and reach.
A: Yes. With a Basic or Premium subscription, you can add multiple disciplines to your profile, which increases your visibility across different search categories. For example, a trainer can appear in searches for Boxing, MMA, and Fitness simultaneously. Note: Nutritionists and Dietitians are listed exclusively under the Nutrition category without additional sport keywords.
A: Yes. You decide how you work. You can offer in-person sessions at a gym, park, or the client's location - or provide online coaching via video call. Both options can be listed on your profile at the same time.
A: Clients reach you through the contact form on your BMPT profile. Once they submit an inquiry, you receive their message and contact details directly to your registered email address. You then communicate privately - BMPT charges zero commission on this direct contact. For Live Training sessions or Seminars booked through the BMPT system, a built-in chat (Messenger) is automatically activated so both parties can discuss all details directly within the platform.
A: It depends on how the deal is made: → Direct contact via your profile → 0% commission. You keep 100% of your earnings. → Booking through the BMPT system (Live Training, Seminars - local or online → 10% service fee deducted from the payment. Payments for platform bookings are processed securely and transferred to your registered bank account after both parties confirm the session is complete.
A: For sessions arranged directly between you and a client outside the BMPT booking system, payment is handled between the two of you – typically in cash before or after the session. BMPT is not involved and charges no commission whatsoever.
A: BMPT offers three plans: → Free – No cost. Basic profile, public visibility, receive direct inquiries. 0% commission on direct deals. → Basic – €147/year. Full visibility, multiple discipline keywords, reviews, improved discoverability. → Premium – €295/year. A: No. All BMPT subscriptions are billed annually. This keeps pricing transparent and ensures uninterrupted visibility for a full year.
A: Yes. You can cancel at any time. Your profile remains fully active until the end of the paid subscription period.
A: You will receive an email reminder 30 days before expiry, and a second reminder 7 days before. If you choose not to renew, your profile automatically reverts to the Free plan - it remains visible but the contact form is deactivated and your profile no longer appears in search results. All your data is saved and you can reactivate at any time with one click.
A: The PRO Icon is BMPT's highest distinction - an exclusive badge awarded to an elite group of trainers who represent the very best in their field. It signals to clients, gyms, and brands that this trainer is a verified top professional with an exceptional track record. The PRO Icon is not a subscription feature - it is a recognition of excellence, awarded personally by BMPT.
A: The PRO Icon is awarded exclusively by BMPT based on our internal evaluation. There is no application process. BMPT identifies and selects PRO trainers based on all of the following criteria: → Championship titles - national or international competition wins → Strong social media presence - active, professional, and influential online → Multiple verified certifications in their discipline(s) → 10+ years of active coaching experience All criteria must be met. Meeting some of them does not guarantee the PRO Icon - BMPT reserves full discretion in all selections.
A: No. The PRO Icon is completely free - it is a pure recognition of excellence. There are no additional fees, no special subscription required. If BMPT selects you as a PRO trainer, you will be notified directly.

A: Yes. BMPT reserves the right to revoke the PRO Icon at any time if a trainer no longer meets the required standards, violates platform guidelines, or is found to have provided false information.
A: When you log in, your dashboard gives you a full overview of your trainer profile and activity. In the centre, you find your Training Schedule with a calendar where you can set your availability. On the right, you see your profile details at a glance - your location, gender, categories, individual and group prices, certifications, languages, and website. You can edit all of these details directly from the dashboard.
A: In the Dashboard, click the "Set Availability" button below the training calendar. Select the days and times you are available for bookings. Clients can book sessions on the dates you have marked as available, or submit a request for their preferred date and time.
A: The My Trainings section contains everything related to your training activity on the platform. It has four sub-sections: → Live Trainings - view and manage your booked live training sessions with clients. → Add New Training - create a new training offer that clients can discover and book. → Training Schedules - manage your recurring availability and session timetable. → Training Requests - view incoming booking requests from clients and respond to them.
A: Go to My Trainings → Add New Training. Fill in the details of your session – type, duration, price, location (online or in-person), and description. Once published, your training offer will be visible to clients on the platform.
A: Go to My Trainings → Training Requests. All new booking requests from clients appear here. You can review the details and confirm or decline each request directly from this section.
A: The Wallet is your earnings hub on BMPT. It shows your current wallet balance - the total funds available for withdrawal - including both your platform booking earnings (after the 10% fee) and your affiliate commissions. You will also see a full transaction history including: the payment amount, commission deducted, payment method, payment type, status, and date of each transaction.
A: In the Wallet section, click 'Send Withdraw Request'. BMPT will process your withdrawal within 3–5 business days and transfer the funds to your registered payout account. Please note: the minimum withdrawal amount is €30,-.
A: Go to Wallet & Payout → Payout Setting. You can register two types of payout methods: → PayPal – enter the email address linked to your PayPal account. → Bank Transfer – enter your account number, account holder name, bank name, BSB/routing number, account address, bank address, IBAN (required for EU transfers), and SWIFT/BIC code (required for international transfers). Important: Please ensure all information is accurate to avoid payment delays. Changes to payout settings only take effect for future withdrawals.

This applies exclusively to bookings processed through the BMPT platform - direct cash arrangements do not generate platform invoices.
A: The Refund Requests section relates exclusively to Live Training sessions booked and paid through the BMPT platform. If a trainer does not show up or fails to conduct a booked session, the client is entitled to a full refund. The client must submit a refund request through their account - BMPT then reviews each case individually before approving the refund. Important: BMPT is not involved in refunds for direct, in-person sessions arranged outside the platform, since those payments are made in cash directly to the trainer and fall outside BMPT's jurisdiction.
A: The Favourite List is your personal saved collection of other trainer profiles on BMPT. If you come across a colleague, a trainer in a related discipline, or a potential substitute you want to keep track of, you can save their profile to your Favourite List for quick access at any time.
A: The Messenger is BMPT’s built-in chat system, integrated directly into the platform. It enables trainers and clients to communicate in real time about session details, schedules, training goals, locations, and any other relevant topics-all in one place, without the need for external messaging apps. The chat feature becomes available once a live training session has been booked.
A: The Messenger is activated exclusively for Live Training sessions and Seminars that are booked through the BMPT platform. As soon as a booking is confirmed, the chat between the trainer and the client is automatically enabled. The Messenger is not used for general direct inquiries submitted through the contact form - those go directly to the trainer's email.
A: No. The Messenger is reserved for confirmed platform bookings only - Live Trainings and Seminars. For general inquiries and direct contact, clients use the contact form on your profile and you receive their message by email. You then communicate privately outside the platform.
A: Yes. A dedicated iOS and Android app is currently in development. Once launched, the Messenger and all platform notifications will be fully accessible from your phone, making it even easier to stay in contact with your clients on the go. At the moment, BMPT is available as a web version only. The platform is fully optimized for mobile devices and functions similarly to a native mobile app.
A: Yes. After a Live Training session or Seminar booked and completed through the BMPT platform, clients can leave a rating and written review on your profile. Reviews are publicly visible to all visitors and play a key role in building your reputation and credibility on the platform.
A: A client can leave a review only after a confirmed and completed platform booking - either a Live Training session or a Seminar. Reviews are not available for direct sessions arranged outside the platform or paid in cash. Both the trainer and the client must confirm the session is complete before a review can be submitted.
A: You can view all your client reviews in the Reviews section of your dashboard. Here you see your overall star rating and each individual written review. Your reviews are also displayed publicly on your trainer profile, giving potential clients an immediate impression of your quality and professionalism.

A: Support Tickets is your direct line to the BMPT team. A: Profile Settings gives you full control over your public trainer profile. You can update: → Personal information – name, date of birth, gender, location → Profile photo and gallery images → Bio / About Me text → Sport disciplines and categories → Pricing – individual price, group price, general price → Languages spoken → Certifications and qualifications → Website or social media link → Training availability calendar → Activate Live Training All changes are saved immediately and reflected on your public profile. A: Go to Affiliate System in your dashboard menu. Your unique personal referral link is displayed there. Copy it and share it with anyone – trainers, coaches, or sports professionals you know. When someone registers using your link and purchases a paid subscription, you earn 30% of the subscription value as a one-time commission.
A: In the Affiliate System section, you can see a full overview of your referral activity - including who signed up through your link, which subscription they purchased, and how much you have earned per referral. Your total affiliate balance is also reflected in your Wallet. To receive a payout, submit a withdrawal request from the Wallet section.
A: BMPT organises seminars exclusively for selected top trainers – professionals who have demonstrated experience, are active on social media, and have an established reputation in their discipline. Not every trainer automatically qualifies. Additionally, registered members, gyms, and clubs can directly invite any trainer on the platform to conduct a seminar at their location - worldwide.
A: When BMPT organises a seminar, we handle everything: trainer selection, venue coordination at one of our partner clubs, logistics management, and all financial arrangements. The trainer receives an agreed honorarium and BMPT covers all associated travel costs including hotel and flight bookings where applicable.
A: Yes. Gyms and clubs can contact any trainer directly through their BMPT profile to invite them for a seminar. This communication happens directly between the two parties - BMPT is not involved and no fee applies to direct arrangements.

A: Employers browse trainer profiles and send job offers directly via the contact form. The trainer receives the offer by email and all further negotiation takes place directly between the two parties. BMPT charges no commission. International job offers are actively supported - a gym in Dubai can discover and hire a trainer based in Vienna.
A: Both freelance/contract positions and full-time employment opportunities can be arranged through BMPT. All terms are agreed directly between the trainer and the employer.
A: Yes - currently in development. Trainers will soon be able to post that they are actively seeking work, and employers will be able to publish open positions. Job-seeking profiles will be distributed to all registered gyms and clubs via newsletter.
A: Yes. If you are ill, travelling, or unavailable for a scheduled session, you can use BMPT to find a qualified substitute. Browse trainer profiles, filter by discipline and location, and contact a suitable colleague directly through their profile.
A: Any registered trainer on BMPT can offer to step in as a substitute – there are no restrictions by discipline or location. You choose whoever fits best for your clients.
A: Payment for substitute sessions is arranged directly between the two trainers. BMPT charges no commission on trainer-to-trainer arrangements. All terms are agreed privately between the parties.
A: The Affiliate Programme allows any registered BMPT user - trainers and members alike - to earn money by referring new trainers to the platform. When someone signs up and purchases a paid subscription using your personal referral link, you receive a commission.
